I want to pick a fight with the Dolphins' draft haters

For everyone that degrades my teams drafting abilities this year. Just Bring It. I'll convince you that passing on Brady Quinn was right for THIS team.


They should have adressed their draft needs and for anyone who actually watched the draft when their coach anounced their pick he just put emphasis on what a great returner he is


The Fins offense will not drive the ball 80 yards into the endzone. They WILL play stiff defense and play the field position game. Having Ginn as a returner (a need this year, alla Wes Welker is gone) will shorten the field after making a move or two. Now they're looking at only going 30-35 yards for at least field goal.


I just want to know what they plan on doing as far as th QB position goes when or if will they get Green but I just think it was like a million dollars falling out of the sky and a homeless guy looking at it saying i don't need that now because i am hungry and i have a dollar to get a cheeseburger


There would have been too much pressure on Brady Quinn in Miami (Dan Marino factor) by having him drafted that high. Quinn worked out for the combine with Dolphins' new QB coach, he obviously wasn't blown away with what he saw because that was one on one coaching. Cameron has a record of finding talent in a QB and using it. Drew Brees was nothing before Cameron, look at Philip Rivers last year, pro bowler. Drafting Beck was the smartest pick we could have made on a quarterback. He's a character guy with mobility (he's gunna need it with our line) and he's a very accurate passer. If you listenned to the analysts, he's been making NFL throws for a long time now (the skinny post, the 15 and out curl, throws that you need to make before the wide out is open, before his break).


so wait till the second round and get JOHN BECK he's good but not better than Brady Quinn they could have gotten Quinn and if they wanted a reciever so bad waited and got Rice or Jarrett in the second round heck steve smith who are all outstanding WR

The only good thing about the Dolphins' draf tis that it ensures we won't have to wait long for them to pick in the first round again next year.

I wouldn't have picked Quinn, but not Ginn either. I feel they should have drafted Okoye to play 3/4 DE or CB like Revis/Hall. But that's just me.

GANG! GANG! I see the Dolphins strategy now... it's actually genuis when you think about it......the sucked last year, but not enough. So to ensure they suck even more this year, the draft like they do so they can go 0-16 and solidfy the #1 pick next year!!!! Which they will promptly trade to the Packers for Aaron Rodgers and a 7th round pick in 2023.

That's great....except.... who'd they draft for that? Ginn is NOT going to get it done. They should have taken Quinn when they had the chance.
