What the hell?

Okay, lets argue Dodgers v. Indians. I love the Indians, but they have signed, let me check, NO ONE so far. The Dodgers have signed Andruw Jones which, even though he is on the decline, still provides them with a big bat in the outfield. They now have one of the more balanced outfields in the NL, with Juan Pierre providing speed and Jones with a big bat. Pierre batted .293 last year and had 64 stolen bases. He and Jones will make a rather versatile outfield.

time to get down to business since i wasted an argument. the dodgers signed andruw jones and it probably hurt there team! the dodgers are probably the dumbest team of all time in the mlb. they sign a bunch of old washed up and over rated hitters and they pay them way 2 much. y do the indians need to sign someone? they did just fine last year and havent lost anyone. lets not forget that hafner had an off year last year and when he comes back this year he will tear up the al. they have one of the youngest teams in the mlb and they have the most important things of all. great starting pitching and a great bullpen. the indians bullpen emergereed as one of the best last year led by the best reliever in baseball rafael betancourt and followed by young studs jensen lewis, rafael perez and laffey. they had 2 cy young cantidates 2 and they wil be a force when it comes to pitching and there hitting will be just enough to get them by and sneak them into the playoffs as a wildcard. they are a great defensive team 2 and have great young players like sizemore and hafner and peralta. the pitching is one of the best in the mlb and i would personally rank the hitting in the top 15 half of the mlb.

The Indians definitely need to someone. Without going to Google, name an Indians starting pitcher not named Sabathia or Carmona. Kenny Lofton is going to be 43 next year, and there is a serious need for a bat in the corner outfield.

Jhonny Peralta only had a .341 OBP and had a slugging percentage of .42. Asdrubal Cabrera has more than proved he is capable of taking over at short. Vs the Red Sox from games 5-7, Peralta only hit .259 with 1 RBI, and struck out 3 times. Ship out Peralta for a corner outfielder, probably Jason Bay, and move Josh Barfield back into the starting lineup. Then we could see about the Indians.

Shut up and argue.
