This year the SEC is very tough as always in football. You have Auburn, LSU, Tennessee, Georgia, okay just about the whole SEC, in basketball they lose all of their starters. That's a no brainer. Then the rest of the teams like USC, Texas, Michigan, Ohio State, etc.

You do mean UF won't win MORE titles in those sports right? I mean, defending champs in football and two-time defending champs in hoops - at the same time -- that's not too shabby, considering it's NEVER BEEN DONE IN THE HISTORY OF COLLEGE SPORTS. OK, so yeah, it'll be tough to repeat in either case. I was temped to ignore your challenge because it seems so obvious - it's tough to win national titles. But who knows? That's why they play the games.

Well with the SEC becoming better each season in Football and Basketball it would be very hard to. Especially with USC and Texas both improving. Then Ohio State is predicted to be very good along with Michigan.

First - why is it showing your argument pointing to my side and vice versa? And I did NOT forfeit a turn. This throwdown is screwed up. Anyway, USC will be the favorite this year, but UF will be in the top 10 and in contention for SEC and possibly a national title. Sure, it won't be easy, but you can't say UF WON'T win, even if it's unlikely. And while UF's hoops team will likely be down next year, everyone thought that when they lost Matt Walsh and David Lee, but they won it all anyway.
