I would rather have Lebron... simply because he's younger and can move the ball better. Kobe is more of a dribble around and shoot kind of guy... LeBron can pass and play defense too. Any challengers?

Ok I give LeBron a slight edge in passing but that is about it. I see you mentioned defense. Kobe Bryant is one of the best offensive and defensive players in the game when it comes down to crunch time. His athletic ability allows him to stay with his man step for step. Don't even get me started on shooting the ball either. LeBron has trouble knocking down free throws let alone shooting jumpers in crunch time. LeBron is younger, I give you that but its not like Kobe is an old man. He does have 11 years of experience in the NBA but he is only 29 years old. Besides age doesn't really matter because you said "right now." And right now I would rather have the 11 year, 29 yr old vet who has 3 Championship Rings on his fingers.

Forfeited Turn

LeBron James can't shoot for SH1T. I know he has a high ppg but he gets most of his points driving to the basket. Kobe on the other hand can score from anywhere on the court. He can drive past anybody or stop and pop in anybody's face.

When this guy gets hot, there is no stopping him. He can go into the zone on any given night and drop 50, 60, even 80 points on the opposition. We all have seen him do it before.

This year he has slightly adjusted his style so that he can get the most out of his teammates. It seems to be working out pretty good as the Lakers are in the top 4 in the Western Conference if I'm not mistaken at 16-10. The Cavs are a not so impressive 12-15 and 7th in their conference.

lebron is still growing and is not the player kobe is...hes the best in the nba. he is better at creating shots than anyone and he makes the cold blooded shots because he is a lights out shooter. lebron still needs some work on his long jumpers and mid range shots. most of his points come at the basket. kobe is just a scoring machine and will be a top 5 or 10 before he is done.

Lebron is way better look at last night

Kobe is probably slightly better than LeBron right now... but the age factor makes me pick LBJ. He can develop into the best ever, that's just that.
