Buckeye's will be first 2 time BCS Champ

Somewhere in the land of OZ, I mean the SEC, you folks down south actually believe Ohioians don't know how to play football. Well last year was last year and that which does not kill only makes you stronger. The SEC and the rest of the college football world wanted to see the Buckeye's get rolled again, well your wish has come true. The Buckeye's and there nation are coming and were coming pissed off! While Beanie runs it down your throat's, ghost's of Woody will start stomp on your title dreams. You ought to be carefull what you wish for tiger fan, because guess what? Your about to get a full dose of Ohio football, scarlett and gray style.

Im thinking that Ohio St will again be steamrolled by ther opponent this year. The""""Ohioians""" do no how to play football and they play it well BUT....Lsu is just the better team this year. They are faster, more athletic and a little more mature on the accound of rolling over alot of players from last year. This game will not be pretty again for Ohio State.I dont think it will be as bad as last year but they just do not match up against this team.

Not sure why you think LSU is such a better team. Is it because they play in an over hyped confrence or is it you just take your lead from all the so called experts. Your right on one count, LSU is good but there not the powerhouse everyone seems to think they are. They were thrashed on the ground by Arkansas and Mcfadden (insert Beanie Wells) and they were beat up threw the air by Kentucky, who certainly weren't as good they appeared early in the season. Bottom line Ohio State is to consistent for LSU. A dominant running game followed up by a QB and his cortet of receviers who may be the most underated group in college football. Not to mention a dominant O-line.That's just the offense, the buckeye defense is arguable the best in the country with 2 or 3 NFL first rounders.Look I know it's easy to jump on the Bayou band wagon but before you bet your house on the tigers remeber Ohio stae still has the best big game coach in the country. Not to mention, Ohio state was supposed to have a down season this year after donating so many players to the NFL last year. Ohio state will slow this game down to the point that all the so called speed will actually work against LSU this year.

Im not sure where you even think you have an argument when you say the SEC is overrated.Last years game against Florida was a reminer that the BIG 10 is the conference that is vastly overrated. The conference is filled with below to barely above average teams. While the SEC has about 6-7 teams everyyear with legit BCS championship goals. The speed of LSU will dominate this game as Floridas did last year. The reason Ohio St has had a better year than people thought is because they play soft teams. This game may not be very close for very long so I hope all you Ohio St faithfuls enjoy the first qrt because you wont the rest of the game

Because the big ten doesn't play 11 on 11 street ball doesn't mean there an overated confrence. 07 records go as follows.OSU 11-1,ILL.9-3,MICH 8-4, WIS. 9-3,PSU 9-4 SEC LSU 11-2, TENN 9-4, FLA 9-3,AUBRN,8-4,ARK 8-4. Looks pretty comparable to me. But hey I guess because big ten plays football between the tackles and not spread all over the field i guess this means there not as good a confrence. Good argument. It's about winning games and the big ten seems to do that with regularity. Save the argument about the SEC beating up on each other because every confrence does that. And I'm not sure how one game from last year defines these two confrences or better yet Ohio State in general. Look we've lost before and came back even stronger. It's about winning games not how fast you are, that's got to be the most tired argument in sports today. Pro and college. Le's not forget that LSU played Miss St., Tulane, and Louis. Tech all 3 of course are power houses. Look the past doesn't represent the present, this is a different season with a different team. LSU will be physically dominated come Jan. 7 and there isn't anything there speed can do about it. Good luck to both teams.

Hmmm yea have you seen the other opponents on the LSU sched? They played 7 ranked teams this year yea count them 7.How many did Ohio St play?Count them 0000000000000 yea theres a team you can take seriously. They have squeeked by all year long like LSU has but Ohio St has played far inferior teams while LSU plays the best every week.LSU by the is alot more physical than you think. They are fast, physical and very talented.Like I said get your cheering in early because you wont be able to after the half maybe earliar.

hahahaha....uh no. Buddy OSU ain't ever going to win this year. The SEC is going to, once again, prove thier how much better they are than the Big Ten. Here what you need to do. Drag your Troy Smith Jersey out of the closet, cry, and watch Ohio State get owned in the BCS title game.

Arkansas didn't match up with them....but who won?

Big-10 had 10 bowl eligible teams...just as much as your 11 outta your 12 teams....ever wonder why the only 2 4 loss teams are ranked are from the SEC??? because bcs is biased towards you guys.

Bowl eligible is the most overrated stat bar none.
It often means there is alot of average football in your conference that allows teams to get the 6wins. Add the creampuff nonconference schedule Big 10 teams played. Can anyone name a quality nonconference opponent any Big 10 team played - except Michigan losing to Oregon. Please.

Plus bowls such as Purdue playing central poly basketweaving tech isnt even a real bowl. The Holiday bowl starts the legit bowls.

Id like to see OSU but there is a reason they are 0-8 vs SEC in bowls. Team speed

Florida
Auburn
Georgia
Tennessee

No spread offense= Ohio State will dominate the LSU offense.

Ohio State is bigger stronger and faster, I don't know where this guy gets his info OSU has the #1 D in the nation, bar none!

Ohio State schedule- Youngstown State, Akron, Washington, Northwestern, Minnesota, Purdue, Kent State, Michigan State, Penn State, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan.

LSU schedule- Mississippi St, #9 Virginia Tech, Middle Tennessee,
#12 South Carolina, Tulane, #9 Florida, #17 Kentucky, #18 Auburn,
#17 Alabama, Louisiana Tech, Ole Miss, Arkansas, #14 Tennessee

Call me crazy but by just looking at the schedules looks like LSU had a tougher schedule than the Buckeyes.

Blanda, nice of you to include the rankings of the SEC teams when LSU played them. Because I know South Carolina is #12 and Alabama is really #17 in the nation and Kentucky is really #17 also.

Buckeye

Why dont you list the current rankings of OSU opponents. The one thing missing is that not one would be in top 20
