More Deserving of the last playoff spot, Browns or Titans?

i say the browns are more deserving, what other city is more playoff hungry than Cleveland, they have one of the best offenses in the league, there defense my not be a big threat, but you can't sleep on them or they will bit you


I'm sorry but I can't say that the Browns are more deserving because they could have shut the door on the Titans last week with a win over the struggling Bengals. They left a crack in the door and now it seems like the Titans are going to kick it down as they are playing against most of the Colts' backups.

The Browns pretty much shot themselves in the foot last week. For that alone, they are not the more deserving team.


but now the titans have to close the door, and it seems they are having a tough time doing it, today Cleveland proved they could comeback after a lousy game last week, which they dominated the 49ers, and they showed they are just not limited to Anderson, as Quinn showed that all those notes on the sidelines didn't go to waste, i know it is his first start, but it was an impressive first start


First of all, Brady Quinn didn't start the game.

Second, they played the 49ers who had Chris "freakin" Weinke playing QB.

Another thing is that I think the Titans would be a better matchup against the Chargers. The Titans are a team that can grind it out against SD. The Browns would play the Chargers close for a while but their inept defense wouldn't hold up against LT and the Chargers. The Chargers would beat them easily.

At least the Titans have a strong front 4 on defense which would be able to force the Chargers to beat them through the air.


if you haven't noticed, the Browns, usually ALWAYS keep every game close, and yes there defense is not as good as they would like, but they have had there days were they step it up and when they do, they are hard to beat, as for a better match up, the Browns have a better offense then the Titans, they have more weapons then just the quarterback, and the Chargers defense would have a tough time dealing with it, and if the Titans defense is as good as you say, how come they are having such a hard time with the Colts backups on offense?


Well the Browns could have wrapped up their playoff berth last week. They left their playoff fate in the hands of another team. The Browns should have blew the Bengals out. If the Browns' offense was so great then they should have been able to outscore the Bengals. They should have dropped at least 35 on them. Now they have to hope and wait to see if they get in the post season.

My main point is that the Browns aren't more deserving because they were all but in the playoffs already but choked last week and if they don't get in then that is what they deserved.

Im tired of seeing these stupid throwdowns asking who deserves to be in the playoffs.Seriously the fact is is that whoever ends up in there deserves it more.If you do not make them,then guess what you dont deserve it.So really can people start thinking and stop this deserve the playoffs skit.

Shouldn't the Browns be even more deserving if the Titans lose. First of all, the Browns had the chance, now the Titans do, but if they lose, they had 2 chances to get into the playoffs. Second, the Colts are playing all their backups for THREE QUARTERS. IF the Titans starters can't beat the other team's backups, why should they be in it?

The Titans actually look like they are struggling more against the Colts' backups than the starters...

If Titans win than they are far more deserving as the Browns did not take care of business and they opened the door - If TN takes advantage, then they deserve it. If TN loses, then Cleveland will be lucky to get in and they should thank the Indy back up QB and a good defensive game by Indy
