PSU Steelers (10-5) said 01/01, 01:10 PM
The fans might like it, but it isn't a fair game because the elements are involved. Just look at the game that's on TV. SNOW, WIND?? that isn't hockey
GO PENS!

What are you talking about this is great. How isnt it fair these guys make the money and love the game.Dont even try to say the players dont love this. This is oldschool play out on the pond hockey and while the weather may not be very good you will not hear one player complain after the game about this.
PSU Steelers (10-5) said 01/01, 01:15 PM
no, players like to WATCH these kind of games, but they don't like to PLAY in these games. IT isn't fair when playoff spots matter and everything is on the line and the goalie can't see the puck because it is snowing and the wind is blowing
st*rainman*sssc* said 01/01, 01:19 PM
Oh no they have to deal with weather condition that everyone else has to deal with.Oh and how are you suposed to sit here and say players dont like these games. When I played hockey i would of loved this.Playing football I wanted snow and wind and nasty weather. This is the way these sports should be played. The players have done nothing but say they like it and you wont hear anything different afterwards.
PSU Steelers (10-5) said 01/01, 01:21 PM
yea, you aren't a pro and gettin paid lots of money. the ice is dangerious and someone like crosby could get hurt and ruin their career. he just said it's hard to see. its too dangerous and risky for them to be doing this
st*rainman*sssc* said 01/01, 01:27 PM
The ice if anything is less dangerous. There is nothing risky about this at all. This is great for the teams, the game, the fans and everything else.It doesnt matter if im not a pro that has nothing to do with it.These guys have said all week they love it and this is going to be great for them.

They should set up an outside game and see how the fans respond.I would watch it from the comforts of my warm living room, lol.I would generate more interest i think.

Report Offensive CommentYea Duquesne we are going to have to adjust to the camera angles.Theres no way to get the same angles as a normal hockey game. Its all good though its fun to watch.

Report Offensive CommentThese guys are paid extremely well to play a game that is, under any circumstances, risky. (sharp blades and ice?!?) Many of them grew up playing hockey on outdoor ice. It's hockey as it used to be played, and should be played more often. If football players can run in snow, hockey players certainly should be able to skate in the stuff. This is great stuff, PSU. Relax. Enjoy. Stop stressin' for Crosby, and have some fun!

Report Offensive CommentThey are showing Montel here in Indy. The only time I want to watch a hockey game on TV, and I get some show telling fat people they are going to die.
