05:59 PM ET 04.29 | All one needs to do is look at Inbee Park's scorecard for Sunday's final round of The North Texas Shootout to find why she won the golf tournament, and why she is the Rolex Ranked number one player on The LPGA Tour. The 24-year-old from Seoul, South Korea shot a bogey-free, four-under-par 67 to win her third tournament this year. Park got her day going with a birdie on the first hole, and ended it in championship fashion with birdie at the 18th hole. With no mistakes during her round, and her putter warming up, she was able to take advantage of a couple of mistakes by third-round leader, Carlota Ciganda.

06:42 PM ET 04.25 | The Rolex Ranking's number one player on the LPGA Tour, Inbee Park leads a group of six players tied for second place at four-under par after the first round of the North Texas Shootout. All six girls will be chasing Caroline Masson on Friday, who got in the clubhouse with a seven-under par 64 on a day that was unusually cool at The Las Colinas Country Club near Irving, Texas. Inbee Park uncharastically struggled with her putter on Thursday. She hit 10 of 13 fairways, and 16 of 18 greens on her round, but it took the usually good putter 30 strokes to get down.

05:27 PM ET 04.24 | Tianlang Guan is quickly becoming a star on the PGA Tour as he gets ready to play in his second tournament in the U.S. He will tee it up at The Zurich Classic of New Orleans for his first appearance since being the youngest player to not only play in The Masters, but the youngest to make the 36-hole cut. The 7,341 yard Pete Dye-designed TPC Louisiana golf course located just west of downtown New Orleans will provide another challenge for the 14-year-old from China who is still growing, and lacks some distance off the tee box. The field this weekend will be considerably larger at 156 players, than that of the Masters two weeks ago, so he will have to make some birdies if he wants to play on the weekend.

07:42 PM ET 04.21 | It took an extra hole at The LPGA LOTTE Championship presented by J Golf for Suzann Pettersen to get her 11th career win, but after making bogey at the 18th hole, she fell into a tie with red-hot Lizette Salas, and ended regulation play, tied with the youngster from Southern California. Pettersen made eight birdies on Saturday, but only needed par at 18 to win. The sixth-ranked Pettersen missed the fairway on the final hole, and made a bogey to fall into a tie with Salas who blistered the course with a -10 under 62. It was the lowest round to par in the 2013 LPGA season. Suzann started the day with a one-shot lead over the field, but with all of the LPGA stars chasing her, it was the rookie that almost got the job done at the Ko Olina Golf Club on Oahu.

09:45 AM ET 04.19 | England's Brian Davis fired a six-under par opening round at The RBC Heritage on Thursday afternoon. Davis' 65 on the par 71 Harbor Town Golf Links at Hilton Head Island was good for a one shot lead over a threesome that includes Tampa Bay Champion winner, Kevin Streelman, Johnson Wagner and Charley Hoffman. This is the only the third time in his career that Davis has had the lead after the first round of a PGA event. His lead would have been two, but Davis called a penalty on himself at the 12th hole when he hit a strand of grass while in the hazard next to the green. Davis called the official over, explained what he had done, and confirmed the mistake. This is the same type of penalty Carl Pettersson incurred at the PGA Championship last August while playing the first hole in the final round at Kiahwah Island. The PGA received over 200 emails from viewers who saw the infraction.
