11:30 AM ET 05.24 | After his impressive UFC debut at UFC on FX 8 last Saturday where he bested Chris Camozzi in less than a round, many are wondering what the next fight for Ronaldo 'Jacare' Souza will be. According to UFC President Dana White, it's going to be a clash against perennial top contender Yushin Okami. "That fight will happen, Okami and Jacare," White said at Thursday's UFC 160 media day in Las Vegas. "That's the fight we're gonna to make." Okami is on a three-fight win streak, having most recently defeated Hector Lombard in March.

08:01 AM ET 05.24 | UFC light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones suffered a gruesome toe injury during his title defense against Chael Sonnen at UFC 159 in April and his recovery time is still not set in stone. If the damage isn't revealed to be too severe, it could be a few months until Jones returns to the octagon. Unfortunately, there is also a chance that the champ could be on the sidelines for up to half a year. UFC president Dana White shed some light on Jones' status when speaking with the media today. White went on to say that Jones is getting ready to undergo another MRI when he gets back to the states to check to full extent of the damage.

According to a recent report on FUEL, the two featherweights are targeted to square off again for the Milwaukee card on Aug. 31. Mendes has knocked out his past three opponents.
