07:37 AM ET 04.12 | Former Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater disappointed the NFL scouts, coaches and executives in attendance with a shaky performance at his Pro Day workout. Fortunately for Bridgewater, there are lots of private workouts between Pro Day and the draft, giving him lots of opportunities to change NFL perceptions of him. Unfortunately for Bridgewater, those private workouts haven't gone any better than his Pro Day. According to Chris Mortensen of ESPN, Bridgewater's workouts for NFL teams have been very shaky. The general sense seems to be that Bridgewater is sliding on draft boards. However, all it takes is one team to love Bridgewater, and he'll still be a high first-round pick.

08:22 AM ET 04.12 | Robert Griffin III's mechanics are back on point after his footwork lapsed during a miserable 2013 season that ended with the Washington Redskins star quarterback's benching the final five games by fired coach Mike Shanahan. Quarterback guru Terry Shea, who tutored Griffin prior to the 2012 scouting combine and during the run-up to the draft, spent six days recalibrating RG3's footwork and release point the last week of March in Arizona. It isn't coincidence that without his bothersome knee brace, Griffin again looks the gifted player who took the league by 2012 offensive rookie of the year storm. "He looked 100% healthy," Shea told USA TODAY Sports Friday. "I didn't let up on him and, boy, he kept coming -- and he reminded me of the old Robert Griffin that I knew coming out of Baylor for those eight-10 weeks we worked together in 2012."

First up in their search will be Josh Freeman and Matt Flynn, two well-traveled veterans who are the cream of a very thin free agent quarterback crop.

08:58 AM ET 04.12 | Andre Roberts chose to sign with the Redskins with the idea that he would be the team's No. 2 receiver this season. "Being able to come in here, they're asking me to do some things that I want to do, that I feel like I'm very capable of doing," Roberts said on SiriusXM NFL Radio shortly after choosing Washington. "It was pretty much mutual in what we expected from each other." But before he played a single snap in Washington, Roberts saw the team sign DeSean Jackson, who has a slightly longer resume and a slightly higher pay grade. And so now it isn't exactly clear what Roberts will be asked to do. "That's just how the league is and that's how the league works," Roberts said on ESPN 980's Inside the Locker Room Thursday afternoon.
