10:18 AM ET 06.06 | It's no secret that Jose Mourinho has made it a point of emphasis to strengthen Chelsea's front line, and is now bidding on Zenit St Petersburg's forward Hulk. Mourinho has offered the Russian club $35 million for the Brazilian striker. Hulk completed his transfer to Zenit last season, but has had a very difficult year. His contract earned him a huge salary which, among other things, caused disputes within the club, and the 26-year-old forward is looking for a way out.

10:06 AM ET 06.05 | Jose Mourinho is looking to strengthen Chelsea's attack and Manchester City's Edin Dzeko could prove to be a good suitor. According to Daily Star, Chelsea are keen on getting their hands on Napoli's Edinson Cavani, but could potentially opt for a somewhat cheaper option in Dzeko. The Bosnian striker has previously been linked with Borussia Dortmund, and City's price tag on Dzeko is supposedly around $20 million. However, as Chelsea are sure to join in on the title race in the Premier League next season, City would probably want a bit more than that for the super-sub. Dzeko has made a name for himself in the Premier League for coming off the bench and saving his team by scoring late goals. This season the striker contributed with 14 goals in 32 league games.

08:44 AM ET 06.02 | David Beckham toured Sun Life Stadium Saturday morning, and then visited FIU Stadium for an hour and a half, signs that he has more than just a passing interest in Miami as a Major League Soccer expansion city. The iconic former English captain has been in town since mid-week, exploring the city with Marcelo Claure, the Bolivian billionaire owner of Brightstar Communications who tried in 2009 to bring an MLS team to Miami. Claure is on the FIU Board of Trustees. They sat courtside for Thursday's Heat-Pacers playoff game, and have had conversations with Dolphin owner Stephen Ross' RSE Ventures and other local sports officials. A source with knowledge of those meetings said Beckham is "clearly very interested and serious" about the possibility of returning MLS to Miami. The league's previous Miami team, the Fusion, was intended for the Orange Bowl, but wound up playing at Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale and folded after four seasons in 2001. The Fusion's average attendance its final season was 11,177.
