How is new Arizona coach recruiting?

07:49 AM ET 04.21 | After landing two impact recruits in his first two weeks, new Arizona basketball coach Sean Miller has missed on two others. In other words, he's human. Not even Hall of Fame coach Lute Olson could get his guy every time. Miller picked up commitments and then signatures Friday from forward Solomon Hill and center Kyryl Natyazhko. But the last couple of days, Miller has missed on center Jarrid Famous and point guard Lamont Jones, who are headed to South Florida and USC, respectively. Arizona is still in the running for shooting guard-small forward Kevin Parrom, who was released from his letter of intent at Xavier, where Miller coached before UA. Even if the Wildcats don't get Parrom, their future is brighter.

I like how J Hova is the only one who actually commented on the article itself...LOL

Anyways, Sean Miller is going to do wonders for our program....I was so happy when Tim Floyd turned down our offer

Perhaps he's actually executing a picture perfect judo chop.

Miller is the perfect hire to replace Lute Olson. I could not be happier with his recruiting so far either.

Hong Kong Phooey!

See if he can keep the tournament streak going- which by the way, is the most over-rated streak in college hoops. If you're in a major conference, you're in the dance if you finish middle of the pack. Arizona has been terrible the last 3 or 4 years, and the streak remains intact! What a joke.

Another Pac-10 foe spewing hatred. It never ceases.

Washington fans are known for that. They beat their chests and talk about how they're the "next big thing" in the conference for a year or so. Then, their teams collapse and they shrink back, tail tucked between legs, not to be heard from again for a while.

If being "terrible" the last 3 or 4 years brings 20 wins a year, almost always against one of the toughest SOS in the country, other teams wish they could be that "terrible."

Ahhh... We are only 0.04 seconds from knowing the truth.

The Gods taught us once more.

Any nibbles on your book?

Or your ears?

As far as the book is concerned, it's at a publisher, and as you know, since you've published, they wanted exclusivity, so now I wait. They said it may be 5 months and they've now had it for 2. Ugh...

As far as the ears are concerned, I never kiss and tell.

WAZZU fans sooo bitter, yeah that streak means nothing, thats why only North Carolina has had more consecutive NCAA Appearances (AZ will take that record soon). Man North Corlina has had some mediocre years.....then an NC.... Wazzu every 6 years makes the tourney and loses first round...BE PROUD.... what a joke of a program. JEALOUSY BREEDS INGNORANCE

EVEN AZ's worst year in about 5 yrs and worst team losing head coach mid year to stroke still goes to sweet 16 while WAZZU's best team in 7 yrs watches from home.....
