You know it's the playoffs when. . . . Players' wives schedule their babies' deliveries on a day off between home games. Which is what the wives of Anaheim's Todd Marchant and Francois Beauchemin did Monday, delivering a boy and girl, respectively. Ducks Coach Randy Carlyle allowed the two players to miss practice Monday, though he told Marchant that he'd be willing to move practice back to the afternoon to accommodate him. Beauchemin, whose wife delivered by C-section, told Carlyle he'd look for a stationary bike to ride at the hospital.
