Engineer: I did little with collapsed Cowboys facility
The engineer listed as responsible for design of the Dallas Cowboys' now ruined training facility said Tuesday that he had little to do with the project, worked for the builder only briefly and was hired to design small farm buildings. "I was there just a few months," said Enrique Tabak, who now is employed by a different company in Canada. "They brought me in to build little farm buildings -- sheds, agricultural applications." Tabak also was listed as the engineer overseeing the design of a large warehouse in Philadelphia that collapsed in a February 2003 snowstorm, less than two months after opening. A Pennsylvania court has since ruled that design flaws were to blame.

If he is the approving engineer and no unapproved design changes were done by the contractor (see Kansas City Hyatt), he is liable. Seems like an eerily odd coincidence that two structure with his sign-off collapsed, but you don't prosecute due to coincidence.
I wonder what the tolerances for the structure were and if the Cowboys simply did not acknowledge them during the conditions.

'Family Guy' spinoff gets added boost from Fox
18 hours ago
NEW YORK (AP) ??? Fox is rewarding "The Cleveland Show" with a second season even before the first season has begun.
The spinoff from the network's hit animated series "Family Guy" is scheduled to premiere next fall.
But now Fox says its boosting the initial 22-episode order by another 13 half-hours, which would carry the show into the 2010-11 season.
From "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane, "The Cleveland Show" focuses on Cleveland Brown, a popular character from the "Family Guy" gang.
