Let's all say this together: The Chiefs are not going to trade Larry Johnson to Dallas. Never. Ever. End of story.

Some Kind of gang sign I'm sure...

July 5, 2007  09:02 AM ET

its rocawear. he probably has some deal with them

July 5, 2007  09:10 AM ET

No one would give up what the Chiefs would ask for. Everyone has figured out that it's the o-line and the coaching staff that makes their running game so impressive, plus the fact that he gets twice as many carries as anyone else. The only outstanding characteristic LJ has over other NFL running backs is his stamina.

July 5, 2007  09:16 AM ET

Thank You at least some one has half a brain when they write these articles. Besides the Cowboys Dont have anyone good anough to trade for lj these would be a **** retarded trade for the cheifs. LJ is better than the whole cowboys team put together. COWBOYS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO EAGLES NFC EAST CHAMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!

July 5, 2007  10:04 AM ET

LJ is yesterday's news... Cowboys don't want him at all...

July 5, 2007  10:23 AM ET

Eagle Man you really make me laugh your comment shows you don't nothing about football but the Eagles...the cowboys sucks HA HA HA good one ok lets start talking facts 1. Eagles don't have a steady QB because McNabb can't stay Healthy 2. Cowboys don't suck and they are going to repeat so the NFC East champs 3. Cowboys do have talent and people to make this trade...Go Cowboys Repeat NFC East Champs

July 5, 2007  10:27 AM ET

The Cowboys have two first round picks next year...I'm sure they could work something out if they wanted him. But forget LJ....let's go ahead and focus on Darren McFadden.

July 5, 2007  10:40 AM ET

Man its a "R" symbol on his head I would assume it would be for the Redskins or maybe Rocawear not a damn gang sign "FastJoe" there is no gang sign that starts with a R man......

July 5, 2007  10:43 AM ET

man the cowboys will have better season than the Eagles "Eagle Man" GO COWBOYS

July 5, 2007  10:43 AM ET

FastJoe....I hope you're joking because that is one of the most ignorant comments I've seen posted.

Mista Met....If I remember correctly the Eagles did win the NFC East last year, so I'm not sure what you mean by the Cowboys will repeat. I'm a Cowboys fan, so you know I'm not hating...i'm just confused by what you said.

Eagle Man...you're ignorant on another level...you know how the Broncos traded Portis for a shutdown CB (Champ Bailey)...the Chiefs would do the same im sure because a shutdown corner is harder to find than a 1500 back in the NFL nowadays. I'm not saying the Cowboys have a shutdown corner...but we do have a lot of pieces on defense that would draw interest from A LOT of teams if we made them available in trades.

July 5, 2007  11:03 AM ET

Portis for Bailey was one of the most lopsided trades in the past 5 years

July 5, 2007  11:09 AM ET

To FastJoe...the sign isn't a gang symbol. It is the logo for the Rocawear clothing line formerly owned by Hip-Hop artist Jay-Z. He has been featured in many of the ad campaigns for the line, he wears it as a sort of tribute.

MistaMet... The eagles WON the division last season so there can and will not be any repeat for the Cowboys.

fdr52485... I agree with you in that the Cowboys do have pieces to trade. Demarcus Ware, Julius Jones and possibly Anthony Henry are all guys good enough to bring sufficient trade value. Oh, by the way, I'm a Eagles fan and I absolutely detest the Cowboys but I do respect them and appreciate their team and history. With that said...E-A-G-L-E-S, EAGLES!

July 5, 2007  11:15 AM ET

I mean that the Cowboys will repeat as a winning team, winning the NFC East again and winning the Superbowl again...i didn't mean last season i meant the team winning again... Sorry didnt mean to make everyone think a little to much

July 5, 2007  11:38 AM ET

The Cowboys s*ck. No way LJ goes to Dallas unless they offer them 2 1st round picks. KC would be crazy to let him go.

July 5, 2007  11:41 AM ET

um...guys it was a ef'ing joke. I know what it is, it's the Rocawear logo, which is one of his indorsements. I just wanted to throw gas on the fire.

July 5, 2007  12:15 PM ET

I guess that was accomplished with some FastJoe, however its all good man don't worry about it.

July 5, 2007  12:34 PM ET

Hey FastJoe, I wasn't trying to scold you. I figured from the quick post you were probably trying to be funny. My whole idea was to make sure that some of the people that might not know get the correct info. I just didn't want fans or casual sports fan to see that and all of a sudden that's what their opinion of the guy becomes. Sorry if I came off standoffish.

July 5, 2007  12:56 PM ET

Can we all say...duh?

July 5, 2007  01:28 PM ET

Larry Johnson is a fabulous running back who would help out any team he plays for. More than half of the teams in the league would love to have him on the roster. If Dallas acquires him, Dallas instantly becomes a better team....

July 5, 2007  02:04 PM ET

He would kick**** in Green Bay - we could use him....
