Photos catch Shaq speeding -- twice
Suns' center Shaquille O'Neal is the latest celebrity to be nabbed by photo radar. Two photo radar shots of O'Neal have surfaced on the Web site tmz.com. Both images were taken in the last six months on the SR 51: in December 2008 and again in February 2009. According to the site, he has already paid $181.50 for the February ticket, but hasn't yet settled the other one.
