If you have ever read any of Dan Bylsma's books that he wrote with his father, you would know that this man brings class to an organization that has been totally devoid of it in recent years. I am no Pens fan, but I hope they succeed for him. The only drawback is that would mean seeing even more of that overrated, over hyped Crosby.

Often the vote of confidence is followed by a firing within a few months if even. Good luck the rest of the way!

Bylsmagic has done a fantastic job since taking over the team and deserves it.

Wow...what a generous move by Shero...you mean that if you coach a team to the Stanley Cup Finals, you need a vote of confidence? Next thing you know Shero will be telling Crosby that he won't be traded!

who cares? my grandma could coach this team and still lead them to the cup. this guy would be a dead duck in somewhere say ny islanders.
