As much as I dislike the guy because my Vols have been completely unable to stop him on the football field, it seems pretty pointless for folks to try to dig up dirt on him. He's a person of good character, based on everything I've heard. (Grumble, grumble, I might add.)

This just in--- in 2008, Gainesville, FL had a personal crime rate of 160 per 10,000 residents and 155 property crimes per 10,000 residents.
It is not clear at this time whether Tim Tebow has supplied the police with alibis for all the times when these crimes were committed.

This is news only because it could be considered a violation of some NCAA rule or bylaw if it was paid for by the University of Florida had his mother not paid for the ticket. How was his mom able to get seats like that? Hmmmmmm, maybe there is something to be investigated after all. Ok, seriously this isn't news.
