Parrish hopes for Wild reunion

With a new regime in Minnesota -- first-year general manager Chuck Fletcher is expected to hire a new head coach within a week or so -- Mark Parrish is wondering if the team might take another look at a 32-year-old player with a track record of scoring between 20 and 30 goals. "I hope so," he said. "I couldn't tell you, obviously, what Chuck's thinking, by any means. He's got a million things to worry about before that, and I don't know if he's even considered it. But I certainly would be more than excited about the possibility."

Maybe he has not scored because of the defensive style of play that MN played, He was always pushing the goalie when he was in the crease zone and scored. Bring him back

He is spotty when he is performing...waste of money. The Isles were really patient with him and he did nothing to help them...

he was alright for the wild, always played hard. but you could tell lemaire didn't like him and didn't trust him and he was always calling him out and messing with his head (and game). but i'd only say take him back at a very reduced rate (1.5 mil plus bonuses at best)...

no offense. hometown boy. but, this wild club should be investing in players better than parrish, be it through the draft, free agency or resigning their own.
