Purdue lands Brooklyn QB
Najee Tyler doesn't have the resume of a typical Big Ten quarterback. He grew up in Fresh Meadows and played at Xaverian High School in Brooklyn before signing with Purdue, where Drew Brees and Kyle Orton starred before becoming NFL starters. But Purdue noticed the strong-armed quarterback while watching tape of Xaverian teammate Oday Aboushi, an offensive lineman who will play at Virginia, and wound up signing Tyler.

Marve is going to get the chances. I'm guessing kid's either going to be sitting behind Marve for awhile, or end up moving to TE or something.
I had the chance to see him play once and he's raw but at 6'6" 250, he's one big boy.

This just in...Bobby "Drama" Marve has decided to transfer from Purdue. He cites the reason as wanting to be closer to his dad who has cancer and NOT because he may actually have to compete for a starting job.
