Trump National turned down LPGA Championship

09:52 AM ET 06.27 | To say that Donald Trump would like to host a major golf tournament at his Trump National Golf Club -- Bedminster complex would be like saying the Knicks are mildly interested in LeBron James next summer. But unlike the Knicks, Trump is content to sit and wait patiently for his prized major come to him. Case in point: Trump's disclosure Friday afternoon that he has already turned down one major event -- the LPGA Championship -- because it didn't fit the criteria he wants.
