Your exactly right.. That's what "minority" means in this context.. It has nothing to do with race.. Jimmy Buffet is also considered a minority owner...

Yeah, but T&R confused the issue with the thread a few weeks back about Gloria Estafan, and how they were specifically looking for Hispanic co-owners to draw in more of the Miami-area demographic. In that case, they were using both meanings of "minority," and both were appropriate.
