Seriously, Marve has to feel "snake bit" at this point. He was gonna have to sit out 2009 anyway, and hopefully he can recover close to 100% and perform well in 2010. Hard to know with ACL tears.

Kind of surprising that they think he will be back by October, though-- that seems a little soon. No need to push it, since he can't play this season anyway.

If he doesn't shine in Spring training 2010, his path may be D2 and hope for a shot in Canada or the AFL.

I wonder if he can get a medical redshirt for either the car crash he had his freshman year or for this issue?

Just think though fellas, if he had quietly sat out his transfer year, we may have heard nothing about him here. No T&A will be filled with stories of his rehab...thank goodness, these Marve are really special, and important to our national security.
