07:34 AM ET 07.23 | Dell McGee, the head football coach at Carver High School in Columbus, Ga., has banned the University of Georgia from recruiting his players. McGee told the Georgia High School Football Daily that Carver quarterback Devin Burns was offered a scholarship by Bulldogs offensive coordinator Mike Bobo this spring but had the offer pulled when he visited Athens last weekend. Burns was accompanied by his parents and four younger siblings. "To protect our kids and my program, Georgia won't be welcome on my campus," McGee told the GHSF Daily. "They're not going to recruit anybody."
