MLB confirms prospect's identity

10:07 AM ET 07.25 | Major League Baseball's investigation into Miguel Angel Sano, the elite Dominican shortstop/outfield prospect the Pirates have pursued for months, has confirmed his identity but left open his age by calling it "undetermined." The investigation is complete, according to multiple sources yesterday, but has yet to be announced. Sano claims to be 16, the youngest age at which an international prospect can sign. If he is 16, that assures him of a higher bonus than if he is older because his potential is seen as greater.

I am also 16 and the two scars on the front of my knees are really birthmarks and not artificial knees. My white beard was caused by lightning (Ahab) and my cane is just for status. Can you sign me ? P.S. The scar on my shoulder is really just another birthmark and when I throw??? the ball I am just trying not to hurt someone so I roll it. Sign me - I'm only sixteen. Why is my nose growing ??? It's just part of puberty - hope to hear from you soon !!!
