What's up with Cowboys OL coach?

07:25 AM ET 08.18 | Offensive line coach Hudson Houck arrived about 50 minutes into today's practice to the sarcastic applause of the skill players. For a little while, we thought we might have a missing person mystery. Turns out that the 66-year-old Houck simply lost track of time. "He was actually in the meeting room watching tape, and all of a sudden, it dawned on him," Wade Phillips said. "Or someone told him." Does it concern anybody that the man responsible for coming up with blocking schemes to keep Tony Romo healthy can't remember when practice starts?

This could be a long season. The only consolation is Phillips will be gone and Dungy and Bill C may be looking for work. Scary part, Chucky is still looking for a job.

well at least he didn't show up at a burgerking drive thru at 2:00 a.m drunk and naked as a detroit lions assistant did a couple of years ago !!

Really? You can't read that short of a paragraph and pick up on the relationship between "watching tape" and "looking at videos/playing videos"? Really? :smh:

Why is this even a story? Oh wait, it's because it's the Cowboys and people are looking for more fire to throw on this team. Hudson is one of the greatest offensive line coaches to ever coach in the NFL. Give him time and that line will be looking like legendary.

Now we don't really know if Hudson was actually watching tape or taking a nap but you can bet your ass that Jerry Jones wouldn't allow it to slip to the media that Hudson was taking a nap and that was why he was 50 minutes late to practice. I doubt there is anything that comes out of this.
