Red Bull questions Galaxy's moves

07:15 AM ET 07.10 | Santino Quaranta was traded to the Red Bulls on June 29, one of a number of moves the Galaxy has made to prepare for David Beckham. Quaranta had wanted to stay. He was even looking forward to playing with Beckham. But he's glad the trade was made. In his short time in Los Angeles, Quaranta has seen quite a lot. And, not coincidentally, the craziness began with the arrival of Alexi Lalas as president and general manager in April 2006. "It's mostly chaos in L.A.," Quaranta said after a recent Red Bulls practice. "I guess they did what they had to do in the end. They're trying to keep their jobs, too, as well, so I can't fault them for trying to make the team better. But in the end I don't know if it makes it better."

I definitely agree with Quaranta and obviously what they have done this far is cause distractions that have left them at the bottom of the league table. As a Red Bull fan I am can complain though because I am more than happy to have Quaranta.

Now the other shoe is dropping on the Beckham deal. The Galaxy aren't the NY Cosmos - they can't afford to surround their star with more stars.

This should prove that Galexi has no business as the GM of anything. This will constitute his third screw-up. He is AEG's fair-haired boy; any other team owner would have shown him the door a long time ago. ,

Lalas is the **** of all ****. He and Landon Cryagain are the reason LA sucks, and Lalas's keen ability to eff up everything he touches are another reason why the MLS is such a joke.

Lalas, Dandy Donovan and now Golden Balls....three of the most over-rated guys to ever stop on the pitch. What a crew!! Alexei is the Carrot Top of the MLS. He has blown every chance he's been handed and Becks will be back at Man City with Sven in 18 months. Landon will just stay put, crying on his Mom's shoulder and growing balder by the day.
