Maxim magazine recently asked LeBron James, "If there was one guy on the planet you could dunk on, who would it be?" His response might produce as much reaction on Capitol Hill as on the basketball court. "If it doesn't have to be a basketball player, George W. Bush," James said. "I would dunk on [him], break the rim and shatter the glass."

That's all he has left to do, he's only 25!...lol....He's been in the league 6 years, but he was straight out of high school. Please believe his rings are coming bro.

Okay...

October 22, 2009  08:14 AM ET

Bravo !!

At last, LeBron makes a sensible, brilliant statement.

GW Bush deserves to be dunked on, spit on, mocked, ridiculed, and have his picture used as the image on a dartboard.

LeBron should do as he said, and then he should seek out Rush Limbaugh and do the same.

October 22, 2009  08:23 AM ET

What about Comrade Obama? Leaving him out would make LeBron racist...

October 22, 2009  08:26 AM ET

Funny what imbeciles some 20 year olds can be. Lets see how funny he thinks it is in about 2 years when he's coughing up 75% of his money AFTER he does all his charity work. Better start lining up some more endorsement deals BronBron because right now, you're one of the greedy guys everyone hates.

Try dunking on Dwight Howard and winning a bit instead of dunking on a 60 year old.

Methinks you're one of the knuckleheads with his hand out waiting for your state check. Bravo.

Zing...I wonder if Lebron beotch would shake his hand after or just run of the court after the dunk..and maybe GWB would have his security confiscate the tape.

I'm not trying to piss anyone off here but don't you think the President of the United States of America deserves just a little bit more respect than this. I mean I know it's all statements and we all have freedom of speech but dang. I have served in the Army since 2000 and I support my Commander in Chief whether it's been Bush or President Obama. We don't have to like people and we don't have to support a lot of the decisions that are made by our leadership but someone that holds that position deserves more respect than what I'm reading in the above comments. Just my thoughts.

This is news FanNation? This is a perfect example why some players should keep their trap shut - Why try to bring your political views on a silly question like that...

I think this is a fair statement. I was never a Bush supporter, but I do have pride in my country, too many people forget what that really means
