What do u guys think about the counter programming Dana put up against Fedor's debut? Couture-Nogueira; Belfort-Rich Franklin; Penn-Florian etc will be shown. Really good recent matches but most likely will be DVRd at home. Im watching that Fedor fight live. Mousasi fight isnt bad either.

Aren't people getting tired of shelling out $50 a month to see some on months terrible bouts. I can see the great cards as PPV but this is getting ridiculous.

MMA just wont learn. Boxing used to be the king until it went payperview. They have lost audience ever since. MMA could take over it all if they just went broadcast only. People could then follow their favorite fighters more closely, watch more bouts, etc.

Please MMA, figure it out or go the way of boxing.

Hard to support a program where you already know the results. Kinda sucks for those who coughed up 50 bucks to watch these fights only to have them shown on basic cable a month or two later. UFC's bullying tactics are getting old. Competition never really hurt anyone. If at all, it makes the overall MMA market better.

CBS got my time on Nov 7. Very good card with Fedor, Rogers, Mousasi, Shields, Werdum and Giant Silva on board. Trumps UFC 104 and 105.

i think that some of these PPV should be broadcast on cable(spike), but I also think that every once and a while a PPV is worth it. Only on the truly stacked cards though. Recently the UFC PPV cards have been mediocre

Yeah, rub it in man. Lol! I paid for the last 2 PPVs. They were good cards but I mostly bought them to coincide with a party in my house. Im not buying 104 though, only the Machida-Rua fight interests me. Yeah, 105 is weak. Thankfully, its free. 106 I might buy.

Cant wait for the CBS card though. Fedor takes this by sub. Shields by sub too. Mousasi by TKO. Werdum and Silva is a toss up for me. Im a big supporter of the UFC but Im really hoping for a successful Strikeforce card on Nov 7. A ratings winner for Strikeforce that night forces the UFC's hand to secure a network TV deal. More MMA for all of us.

first off can anyone tell me why ESPN refuses to show any MMA? i know they have MMA Live but never show any fights or any highlights. Second any MMA worth his salt is going to turn into this CBS fight. a free chance to see one of the best fighters of our time is something u just dont turn down, besides most of us me included have Tivo or DVR so problem solved if u really have to see reruns.
