Montoya complains about Gordon again

Jeff Gordon hopes the dust-up with Juan Pablo Montoya is over. But he still doesn't know why it started. For the second straight race, Montoya complained about Gordon's actions and on the track and early in Sunday's Tums 500 at Martinsville Speedway, the two drivers traded paint and Montoya spent several laps riding the bumper of Gordon's No. 24 Chevrolet.

JPM compains about almost everyone who he thinks held him up, bumped him, cheated him ("I swear on my children I wasnt speeding"). Get over it.

I hate misspellings.. "COMPLAINS" time to get the can of air and blow the pretzel crumbs out of my keyboard.

"Nobody tells Juan Pablo Montoya what to do..."

When JPM has actually done something besides post a handful of good finishes, then he will have earned the right to tell a veteran champion such as Gordon what to do. JPM is still relatively new to the sport and has not done anything significant yet to start calling out other drivers who have. He needs to shut his mouth and learn from the others.

Juan has a fire in his belly, nothing wrong with that.

October 26, 2009  09:05 AM ET

Looks to me like JPM is trying to take the High Road and not be make too many enemies along the way. Sure he's an aggressive driver and has obviously been told to take this route. Personally, I'm getting tired of the ****-footin around on the track. Jeff Gordon is a past champion and deserves the respect JPM would give to any other driver. On the same token, if he dishes it out, time to show him what you are made of and return his action in like kind. Sounds like bumper time to me no matter who it is. I know Gordon wouldn't hold back if he were put into that situation.

October 26, 2009  09:28 AM ET

JPM is getting to be a pretty good 'stock car' driver, but he needs to learn to roll with the punches a little more. What he is complaining about is just how NASCAR works. He should know that.

Agreed 100% A lot of people can't accept the fact that he made the Chase.

October 26, 2009  09:31 AM ET

Juan, stop complaining and start doing something about it.
Bumper time is right Shynloco.
Juan, time to piss some people off, If it is your to win, Take it!

On another note.
Kyle still sucks and JR. is closing in on 2nd. in the category of "WTF"

October 26, 2009  10:18 AM ET

I was at the race yesterday cheering Pablo people were looking at me like i was crazy.LMAO
I was hoping he was going to take jeff and jimmy out!! Esp jimmy that would make the chase tight!!

October 26, 2009  10:19 AM ET

typically the complaining comes from the guy getting beat

October 26, 2009  10:19 AM ET

from what I saw JPM was the instigator of what happened with Gordon. he was trying his best to wreck the 24 and being the great driver Gordon is, he was having no part of it.

October 26, 2009  10:25 AM ET

Juan needs to quit complaining and race. He has turned to be a good driver, now all he needs to learn is to quit whining after the race. If you don't like how someone is driving if front of you -bump him and pass him. That is why it is called racing-race Juan-- quit whining!!!!

October 26, 2009  10:36 AM ET

All this guy that can't even talk English good does is CRY,this one did this that on did that,He does this every week in most all of his interviews,He must have been at another race,Gordon didn't stop in the middle of the track, and just because someone race's him to hard he cry's.
Tha old saying >if you can't handle the game =GET OUT,,lots of Races in Mexico. As for K Busch
Yup he got lucky again, and finished.F1 is waiting, Ears

I see your point.

He is an outsider and no one should challenge oh great Hendrick allstar stable.

October 26, 2009  10:58 AM ET

He's the only driver challenging the five Hendricks cars.

October 26, 2009  11:12 AM ET

Ya know, I have missed the last 3 races and to be honest I haven't missed a thing. The 'racing' has become so boring and stagnant, even a crappy Bucs vs. Patriots game is more interesting...and I don't like either of those teams. There really doesn't seem to be much racing besides which Hendrick ride will take it this week. Denny getting the win HAD to be a mistake and I am pretty sure he was called to the trailer to ask who he thinks he is taking a win from Hendrick! Until either the cars change or technology is shared...I will be watching F-1 where at least one owner isn't racing against himself for the title. How many different teams are using his motors/and or parts??

Yeah it would be a disaster if someone other than the same 6 or so drivers other than JJ would win a race.
I mean it would be the end of Nascar. Bobby LaBonte, Robby Gordon win a race, HA.
