Gaborik has a lower body injury? Could we be seeing that wonky groin make its first appearance as a Ranger?

Lot of sharp turns on the Saw Mill...doesn't surprise me. The Gaborik injury is comforting...there were more than a few not-so-intelligent Penguins fans clamoring for them to sign him. He is not worth the risk.

Ha I guess that is an oxymoron. Comforting in the context that when Pens fans were demanding that Shero sign Gaborik, I told them they were fools because of how injury-prone he was. The injury itself? Not so comforting.

What a shocker, Gaborik has a lower body injury. I hope Ludquist doesn't miss any time, I'm not a Ranger fan but he's one of the top goalies in NHL and would be a shame if he was hurt driving to practice

Of course he's not. He will be lights out when he plays, problem is he plays like 60 games a year. And for 7 mil a yr, you can't sign a guy like that. While I don't think this injury is a big deal and he will probably only sit for a game, it has to make all Ranger fans a little nervous. Is this the start of the injury bug? If he sits a game and then back checks a little less, he should be OK for the next set of games.

gaborik and the team has said its not releated to any previous injuries itsprolly a fricken charlie horse its just that its gaborik so everyone freaks and the guy is a top 10 player if not top 5 when he stays healthy and so far this season he has and hes shown how dirty he is ...if ur a pittsburgh fan and u thought he wasnt worth the risk ur an idiot cuz this guy even if he just came back for the playoffs is a difference maker could u imagine haaving crosby malkin and gaborik???thatd be one of the best lines of all time and im a rangers fan so im glad u didnt try to sign him cuz hes giong to murder uu when the playoffs come and u'll be wishing u had him WATCH

He is probably going to be back faster as this isn't the trap he's coming back to .Gaborik is definitely top 5 he just has to stay healthy
