Unrelated to something I have heard going around yesterday. Brown at Hull, gone or not???

I've seen reports that Brown is NOT gone.

Funny...Marc Janko didn't seem to help the NJRB all that much this season...

Ok, Marc Janko is amazing in front of goal. I really thought Bayern was going to make a play for him this past summer before we signed Mario. If I were him, I would not go to a club like Bham simply because I think he's got one major contract in him since he's already 26. But I think he would make an instant impact in England, especially with his 6'5''+ size. I love this guy. I just think he needs to aim higher, especially with the interest better clubs expressed in him over the summer.

65 goals in 84 matches for the Red Bulls. 39 goals in 34 matches in the domestic league last season. And he should have had more because he scored 30 goals in 20 matches before the winter break.

LOL - I know, I know he is at Salzburg!

It was too good to pass up throwing NJRB out there!
Bummer...I thought my sarcasm on that post was going to come through!

That is better than anything Robinho has been doing at club level recently.

He's really been one of a number of reasons that Austrian soccer has been on the upswing after a number of years of total mediocrity.
