Does MLB want McCourts to sell Dodgers?

If forced to choose between Frank or Jamie McCourt as a singular Dodgers owner, Major League Baseball officials would probably check "none of the above." Nobody will publicly say it, but some think baseball quietly wants this team sold to anyone not named McCourt, these recent daily embarrassments being only the latest example of the sort of poor judgment not befitting a curator of what was once a national sports treasure.

Get used to it LA, the McCourts will be a major distraction for a long, long time.

Wonder what impact this will have on payroll.

Looking at this picture, did she show up to games and sit right behind him during their divorce? hahaha, if so, hope she brought that sexy driver of hers she had an affair with, you go girlfriend! Take that team from him!!!

I'm not sure who is interested in buying the Dodgers, but it's apparent that SOMEONE is interested in the soon-to-be ex-Mrs. McCourt.

They can't force it, but I'm sure MLB would like the story to go away. This divorce is going to make War of the Roses look civil.

Even with the divorce proceedings, the Dodgers are better off than when News Corp. owned the franchise. Seriously, I'd dump these clowns in a heartbeat if Arte Moreno would buy the team. I see it now: "The Los Angeles Dodgers of Los Angeles".
