One night after one of its cameras behind the right-field fence was struck by Alex Rodriguez's deep drive, Fox decided to move it back from the fence to prevent a similar play from happening in the two remaining series games at Citizens Bank Park between the New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies.

Why? It's a reviewable call that they got right. Camera or no camera, it's a homerun and would be if it happened again...

Hamels' mental state: "I can't wait for it to end," the lefty said of his up-and-down season. "It's been mentally draining. ... It's one of those things, a year in, you just can't wait for a fresh start. There are 30 other teams sitting at home right now thinking the same thing. I can"t wait for the season to be over."

So, the camera story is bigger news then Hamels deciding to quit with three games left in the series?

OOPS! There it is. Never mind.

Much ado about nothing ...

Yawn ... because the Yankees get a justly deserved correction to a call, it becomes big news. If the camera wasn't there, it clears the fence and it's a HR. If the camera is 5 inches or 5 feet behind the fence, and it gets hit, it's a HR. It's a HR, it's a HR, it's a HR ...

Thank god our team is this great, otherwise we'd have a persecution complex the size of Phill,y or Boston, or LA ... or any other team left in our wake ...

Whoa simmer down big guy. The camera was leaning over the wall. It was a legit homer, they are just backing it off a bit for future games. No biggie!

Fox will come up with a reality show based on that camera man and his family . Next they'll come up with a schedule that runs baseball into December
