Didn't know when to quit? I think that would be Blount, either when he didn't quit running his mouth the whole week before or when he didn't quit going apesh*t on people after he got manhandled on the field.

Wait a minute, "after a rare 25-hour opportunity to enjoy their victory..." Rare??? They've only lost one game...

On that note, what the crap was with ESPN saying we're the best one-loss team in the nation? Thanks, but.... no.

If they let this kid play again this year and Dez Bryant doesn't then someone needs to seriously look at the NCAA for fruad. The funny thing is that the NCAA was never mentioned in anything regarding Blount because the school handed down a fair punishment! Now that they are going to let this kid play again I think it is time for the NCAA to step up and show that they are fair and impartial.
Why is it that the player from Boise deserved to get sucker punched for something Blount had been saying for 9 months? I believe Hout should have got a few games suspension for kicking a man when he is down but it was only words and these words set off Blount enough to sucker punch him. Then he went after his own teammate and tried to go after the Boise fans while being escorted out by two cops.
The question I have is how can one learn their lesson when he didn't even get a chance to? He is getting a free education because he can play a game, There are honors students that would loose their scholorship if they did this. Can you imagine a kid sucker punching another kid for talking trash after a debate? That kid would be gone because debates don't bring the school MILLIONS OF DOLLARS EACH YEAR!
This is what it comes down to.

with the way the team is playing and the new Frosh back, Kelly shouldn't even think about playing him if he gets reinstated.

It would be funny if they get Blount back and they lose their next game. Then all of the Duck fans would think he was bad luck. Oregon did look awesome against USC.

That's funny. I was thinking the same thing when I read that but chalked it up to maybe they go back to work on Sunday after a Sat. afternoon game.

Seems more like a suggestion that they never win but who knows. Maybe its a knock on how often they beat USC.

Spoken like a true Eagles fan. NO WAY Blount deserves another chance. He has been given multiple chances and threw them away when he sucker punched that Boise St. player.
