However, it does fall a bit short - doesn't quite hit the mark.

The big picture - *both* Marbury *and* the Knicks are has-beens who currently suck.

They each had their glory days in the past - 10+ years ago - but they have both faltered badly.

In a sense, they were made for each other, because each can point fingers and try to damage the other, while they are *both* being laughed at by the rest of the league.

Its true though regardless how crazy Marbury really is, Mike system does not win championships and does not bring a defensive presence within the team.

The coach isn't the biggest problem the Knicks have. Maybe their problems start at the top of the franchise and just work the way down? Never has 1 team made so many bad player personnel decisions.

They took Darko and his 7.5 million dollar salary. 84,000,000 payroll this year! They suck at everything. They are banking on signing LeBron and are basing their entire franchise around this fact. Basing everything around a free agent is a bad way to run a franchise.
