09:08 AM ET 11.07 | The Clippers' Al Thornton is dealing with losing his spot in the starting lineup. Accepting it, but, of course, not happy about the demotion. "If you ask me now, the coach is doing what's best for the team," he said before the Clippers' game against the Golden State Warriors. "Of course, I want to start. I'd love to start. Like I said, he's doing what's best for the team. When I get out there, I just got to try to be effective." Thornton smiled, adding: "We'll see how it plays out."

Im anxious to see Griffin in the nba.
To me he is the x factor on weather or not they have a playoff spot.
Hope he gets healthy soon.

I mean it's the clippers-
even if they DID make it this year....their ownership
would prevent them from being a serious team in the future

If the Curse of the Clippers continues, speculation would be which team will Griffin go to to become a functional NBA player (i.e. Danny Manning, Ron Harper, etc)
