Sources: Lesnar still too ill to fight Carwin
Sources close to Brock Lesnar's camp informed Heavy.com tonight that Lesnar will not be able to participate in the postponed main event of UFC 108 against Shane Carwin. Lesnar has battled an undisclosed illness for the past month that forced him to withdraw from a scheduled title defense against Carwin at UFC 106. The bout was rescheduled for UFC 108, but Heavy.com learned earlier this week that Lesnar has not recovered from the illness and cannot train at even a moderate page without quickly becoming exhausted.

Take the white gorilla bannana eating ape man to a good vet for immediate attention. Steroids must be reacting the wrong way. Or back to the lab where he was created for a tune up and more parts.

Yeah, I read that too but there was no certainty. I am thinking that maybe he just wanted to enjoy the holidays. I am just ready to see him fight again, to see if he is the real deal. A win against Carwin would have been big for him.

u do realize that he's never failed a drug test right? lol people cant wrap it around their minds that it is possible to look like he does naturally. i was around guys in the military that looked just like him and the only thing they ever took was whey or something else natural.

Yeah...he came out of his mom with this massively muscular upper body and those pencil thin legs. And other than liftin' dead weight and having tiny, shrunken jimmies, hiding their drug use is what 'roid-heads do best. I'm not sayin' one way or another. He may just be the most mesomorphic person alive and only works upper body. But I'm thinkin' "natural" is not the best way to describe this dude, yeah?

When Lesnar has been asked if he's ever taken steroids, his response is "look at my record, I've never failed a drug test." We're all smart enough to read between the lines. If he had never taken steroids his answer would have been a plain and simple no. We've seen this in baseball too. When people start dancing around the question, the answer is yes. I.E. Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, Barry Bonds. I doubt steroids have anything to do with his "illness." Mono makes sense because the symptoms match what has been previously reported.

I saw the fight last night between Bret Rogers vs the Russian dude, I wasn't too impressed though.....both guys looked out of shape. I also saw the preliminary bouts. I don't know much about MMA, I'm just starting to watch it now. To me, it looks alot more BRUTAL than Boxing.
Also, alot of these guys I've seen fight in MMA really don't know how to punch. It just looks like they're just wailing away punches hoping something lands, and they're usually offbalance.
Both guys last night(Rogers and the Russian) in my opionion, didn't really look like athletes. I know there are some fat boxers also, but you only see that in the Heavyweight division.
