Hall tussles with Falcons coaches

Washington cornerback DeAngelo Hall was still steaming hot over a skirmish on the Falcons' sideline during the game Sunday. After Washington safety LaRon Landry hit Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan out of bounds in the second quarter, Hall, a former Falcon, got into a jostling match with several Falcons, strength coach Jeff Fish and head coach Mike Smith. "Later on, coach Smith, Mike came over and grabbed me, talking [stuff] to me," Hall said. "Saying he'll kick my [butt] and all this other [stuff]. I definitely stay in Atlanta in the offseason. So if Mike Smith wants to see me, he can find me."

DeAngelo... you sir are an idiot!!! And extremely overrated. And should be part of the housecleaning at the end of the season.

Precisely the kind of poor personnel decisions that got the Skins into their present mess.

So if Mike Smith wants to see me, he can find me." I like that and I hope Hall seeks Smith out and let's see what happens. I could care less who wins I like it when people settle their differences man to man. To many sissies running around today crying- sueing people-pressing charges-calling the cops-pressing charges-telling on someone. Let Hall and Smith meet up personally on the side no witnesses and get it settled the man not wimp way.

A whole team full of overrated underachievers like Hall, and Campbell is the problem? This mouthy mutt should be the first to get his walking papers.

November 9, 2009  08:29 AM ET

Either perform on the field or shut up, DeAngelo. After yesterday, the Washington D should put duct tape over their mouths unti next Sunday.

November 9, 2009  08:33 AM ET

Another player who talks a better game off the field...

November 9, 2009  08:50 AM ET

Hall he would tourch you, like almost every reciver in the NFL does.... Hall you suck, maybe T.O can spit in your face again.....

November 9, 2009  09:06 AM ET

Sorry ass.

Exactly!! Campbell is not the weak link on the team.

I'm a 'skins fan, but I would loved to see Mike Smith kick Hall's &^%*&^%*&!

November 9, 2009  09:08 AM ET

If only we could get you and Laron to tackle IN BOUNDS while the play is still going on...

Laron,

You will never be....

I feel so sorry for Campbell man... They're killing the guy. I have to commend him for coming back time after time after getting injured, but seriously, they're killing him.

November 9, 2009  09:11 AM ET

On another note: During the game the commentator says Jim Zorn wanted to sit in on Chris Cooley's surgery and watch the procedure, because "he's interested in that type of stuff."...

What kind of damn sense does that make??

November 9, 2009  09:22 AM ET

We're a huge pile of suck... We really are.

November 9, 2009  09:24 AM ET

Even the damn commentators feel sorry for us.

November 9, 2009  09:25 AM ET

And this damn mini Kimbo Slice looking fool wants to go off on "his old team"....

It's all about him, huh? Sorry bass turd.

November 9, 2009  09:37 AM ET

First up, Jason Campbell is better than his stats- or his team, for that matter. His line simply DOES NOT protect him. They are terrible. The running game is stymied at the line. The QB is sacked because of poor line play. It's sick.

But I think that Campbell will play somewhere were the line will be better. (Oh, and I have nothing to say about Deangelo Hall, but that he was stupid going into the Falcons bench thinking that he wsn't going to get grabbed. That's why he may have to retire after this year. No one wants that. Notice how long it took the Redskins to come and get him?)

November 9, 2009  09:42 AM ET

DeAngelo Hall makes more headlines off the field than on. Someone should explain where his paycheck comes from and help him focus on that. Because on the field, he's done little for his entire career.

November 9, 2009  09:45 AM ET

Notice he isnt inviting Michael Turner over to his place? If you are going to be a tough guy in the press best not to do it 45 mins after getting smoked like a coward on the field.

November 9, 2009  09:47 AM ET

We all know the skins suck, so here's something to liven up a dead thread...

The commentators don't feel sorry for us, they're laughing at us right now. The Skins have become just as big of a laughing stock as Oakland, if not more, because of how fast the team has plummeted.

This thread doesn't stand a chance.
