Vick still happy in Philly

05:37 AM ET 11.12 | All things considered, Michael Vick said he doesn't mind being in Philadelphia. "If I had to do it all over, I would sign with Philadelphia," Vick said before the Eagles' practice yesterday. Vick may be happy, but he has not been productive through the Eagles' first eight games, and his role running what coach Andy Reid calls the Spread Eagle offense has been minimal. He admitted that he doesn't want to be a Wildcat quarterback the rest of his career.

He should say that. What alternatives did he have? The Raiders?

Be happy you have a career. And learn to be a better pocket QB.

As an Eagles fan, I was excited about the Michael Vick signing. Now I dread every time he steps on the field "Damnit, another Vick play!"

Those plays are useless and should be tossed out of the playbook. All they are is 2 yards and a cloud of dust. Much ado about nothing.

Mr. Vick,

Still wishing you luck on getting your things back, Sir.

Maybe it's his cable package!

As a lifetime Eagle fan it is frustrating on how they use Vick. Let the man make a play or pass the ball already!!

Free money dudes. Just saying!

Philly calls their version of the Wildcat the "Spread Eagle" offense?
I guess it could be worse - with Vick running it, they could have called it the Doggie Style offense

thats funny...what a waste of talent on a team that is trying to hard to use the wildcat...Vick + 1,000,000 wildcat plays = no production

I guess all of those hints Reid dropped before the season about how they were going to use Mike were hollow.

Better chance to play then the Seagulls 3rd string qb tho isnt it? Id want out to being a "talented" player on a 3rd string..nope wouldnt be happening, and they use him so weak...funny to watch him line up and get 2 yards off each play tho.
