09:54 AM ET 11.20 | Chris Drury, still out with concussion symptoms, went to see another doctor yesterday after having what Rangers coach John Tortorella called, "a few good days in a row." It is doubtful Drury will play tomorrow night against the Panthers at the Garden.

When you think you are ready to come back, sit another week. Be smart.

I think Redden has a concussion too and should sit for a while.

What Redden has is a permanent case of a brain cramp! That's what he has! The onset of this condition coincided with him signing his first huge contract with Ottawa. Oh! And for Redden's case, there is no cure!

I still cant believe that Redden has a contract of 6.5 million per year after the years he had in Ottawa. I think its Sather that has a concussion.

One of the worst contracts in the NHL.

Some of my fellow Rangers fans are saying "but hes playing better". Ya...maybe 1.5 million better but sure not 6.5.

The list of bums making huge shekels in the NHL and other pro sport leagues is long.

I blame the fans for agreeing to show up and pay ridiculous prices for the right to do so.

Nobody other than a few should make huge $$. It almost seems like the also rans think salaries should be linear. Like if the star scores 50 goals and gets $10 million, the I should get $2 million for my 10 goals..... etc.

I don't know if it's allowed but all contracts should have a decent base. The rest should be incentive driven. Of course teams can influence how much a guy plays and maybe avoid some of the targets but if all contracts were like this, common sense might just prevail and nobody would be trying to screw anybody.

OK, it's a dream but it's my dream.

I read that 15% of all regular NHL players are injured right now. Seems there is minimal consequence as a player for a vicious/illegal hit. You knock a guy out for 2 months and you get a 3 game suspension? Wow! So I'm a coach in a tight division, You mean I can (technically) send a thug out to take a knee out on Crosby, Malkin or Gaborik and my guy would get 3 games +/- suspension? Hmm... Helps my teams chances...Seems worth it to me (sarcastically).
