no but he is free to sign anywhere, so these are the only teams who actually could sign him.. he wasn't all that good at the WBC. And his "birth certificate" says 21 but my guess is at least 25 - 27

I saw this guy pitch in the world baseball classic.....He didnt look that great to me.....He will be a way overpriced Dice K type of guy....
