They have set the bar awfully high. I don't see them staying together that long unless they are continuously in the hunt for the championship...probably not an issue with these two.

Johnson-Knaus are even better that Gordon-Evernham. Both teams annoy(ed) me. They win so much they take the fun out of it for everyone else. But they have the goods. No doubt about that.

totally agree...if Evernham hadnt of left the 24 team, they would prolly have 10 titles by now...if Knaus and Johnson stay together, every year they DONT win the cup title will be a shocker.

im with u float, this just sucks. Say what u want about Knaus the guy figured out the COT faster than anyone. Also u have to look at the Chase, its tailor made for those guys. Jimmys best tracks are in the Chase. If Nascar was smart and their not they would change the races up.

Not my intent to pee in anybody's Wheaties. not at all. I'm just pointing out the obvious. Track Head nailed it too, in that the 48 team uses the 1st 26 races to get ready for the last 10, and then they dominate the chase.
we all remember when Kenseth won a very boring title in 2003, and NASCAR hurried to change the points system, and the chase started the next year.
the chase has been a huge joke, to me,e ver since.

No. The reason Knaus- Johnson is so good is because of Everham-Gordon. No doubt about that.
