Why should the lions or the NFL punish him? Every time someone decided to accuse an athlete of something now they should be suspended? That's just stupid. If that's the case I should head up to Seattle and accuse Matt Hasselbeck and Shaun Alexander of spitting in my coffee so the Niners will have a better chance this year.

How wheels-off is this? Rogers was spotting groping a stripper, toting a gun, smoking a joint, snorting some coke, robbing a bank, shooting some herion and beating his wife. What a multi-tasker! Why didn't the lions make the playoffs?

After reading the article I don't think the NFL should punish him. The DA did an extensive investigation and dropped the case. The NFL would be over stepping its bounds and asking for Union headaches if it punished Rogers.

Big Pappa Shaun is infamous for cruising the 8 Mile (yes, as in Eminem's old digs) corridor in Detroit. Local word is that he takes ALOT of liberties with the various dancers he meets in the gentlemen's clubs he frequents. The young lady in question claimed that he had a gun and that he touched her "inappropriately"... however, local police could not find anyone who would come forward and verify her story, and thus they dropped the charges. Word I hear is that he seldom actually pays for lap dances etc, and thus has a bad rep in the area's stripper community. Friends of his say he now "realizes he is a target" if he visits such establishments and that he's "learned a lesson". You gotta' love the action in Mr. Roger's neighborhood. Of course, with Lions coaches using the drive-thru WITHOUT PANTS, who's to say what's influenced the Big Man? Good Lord, people... what's next?

Another addlebrained, self entitled, egotistical, spoiled, law-breaking, substance abusing thug...errr athlete breaks the law. UH whats news about that.

How can you grope a stripper? A stripper's job is to strip in front of men/women and give lap dances. If anything they should probably arrest the stripper for groping the football.
