09:02 AM ET 12.20 | Nothing that was said in the Lakers' dressing room was remotely as interesting as the stuff Phil Jackson said beforehand, when he sounded more and more as if this season is it. At one point, he used the word "they" to talk about the team he's won four titles with since arriving 10 seasons ago while working the same magic he worked in Chicago with Michael Jordan and the Bulls. If the Lakers repeat, Jackson said at another point during his pregame talk, he'd probably come back. But that wasn't guaranteed. "June, July," he said, when asked when he'd make his decision about returning or retiring to Montana. If it's June and the Lakers have just won, he agreed that it would help steer him back to the bench.
