09:27 AM ET 01.31 | Point guard Mike James told The Post he is hoping the Wizards can find a new home for him at Feb. 18's trading deadline and he is the expiring contract the Knicks would be willing to take on as they look for backcourt help. "This isn't how I envisioned it," James said. "I want to get out of here. The coach [Flip Sanders] never had me in his plans. I could see [sitting me] if we're winning, but you can't tell me I can't help now." As for James' interest in playing for the Knicks, the guard said: "MSG is the mecca. Every New York player's dream is to play there."
