Maybe they could have won a title had they drafted D Will.
No biggie they have Billups and Melo so they can make a good push in the playoffs.

not defending atl but many teams make draft mistakes. i mean would any team have picked darko in the first round now? how about oden at #1? or even worse candy man @ #1? the list goes on forever.

back in 2005, i had an offer on the table for a sign and trade for said dump.

Also in 2004 :) Denver, Drafted pg Jameer Nelson #20. Traded the rights to Jameer Nelson #20 to the Magic for a future 1st round pick. Was it in 2005 cause Denver took at #20 Julius Hodge, at #22 Jarrett Jack, who PORT acquired the drafts rights to guard Jarrett Jack from the Denver for the draft rights to forwards Linas Kleiza and Ricky Sanchez

Question is then WHO was Denver trading to ATL ;) Starting pg for Denver in 04-05 Andre Miller 6.9 ast, only way I would draft another pG D-Will at #2 would be to trade Miller, + IF you think about it, Miller traded to PHIL for AI two seasons later
