Burress's South Florida home hit with foreclosure suit

07:01 AM ET 02.20 | When Plaxico Burress is released from prison, he won't have a warm home to return to -- at least not the one he had before his incarceration. The former New York Giants receiver's South Florida home, a nearly 7,000 square foot waterfront property near Fort Lauderdale, had foreclosure proceedings brought on it by Deutsche Bank. Burress bought the home in 2005, about three years before he shot himself in the leg in a New York City club. Burress is expected to be released from prison in 2011.
