06:55 AM ET 04.07 | Flozell Adams, who was due a reported $7.5 millon this coming season before being cut by the Cowboys, makes some sense as another intra-division NFC East move to the Redskins. Washington GM Bruce Allen said [Tuesday] on the radio that he had been in contact with Adams' agent, Jordan Woy, and Woy confirmed he has talked with Allen as well as several clubs regarding the veteran left tackle. No visits have been lined up nor is anything apparently imminent. Sometimes these things take shape after the draft but maybe the Redskins' need for a left tackle makes them come after Adams sooner rather than later.
