09:14 AM ET 04.13 | The Ducks have a wideout who most definitely wants the ball. Oregon redshirt freshman Diante Jackson doesn't know if he'll play the role of a starter or substitute among the Ducks' receivers in 2010. But the 6-foot-2, 200-pound Jackson is certain of one thing. "All I'll promise when I'm out there and get the ball, there isn't going to be any receiver like me," Jackson said. "If it's a defensive back, I'm going to run them over. When I catch the ball, I've got to get to the end zone. I don't care if I have to stiff arm you or run you over. I'm going to be hard to take down." ... Told of Jackson's bold talk, Oregon cornerback Anthony Gildon wouldn't disagree. Gildon, among other Duck defensive backs, had their hands full with Jackson last year when he was performing scout team duties. "He was like going against a starting receiver," Gildon said. "Any time the ball is in the air, you've got to worry about him climbing up your back and going to get it. ... He's a big play guy."
